After DOJ, Georgetown Lists Her as ICAP Executive Director

Georgetown Law and ICAP publish the same core titles: Executive Director, Institute for Constitutional Advocacy and Protection; Visiting Professor of Law, Georgetown University Law Center. The faculty page says ICAP brings constitutional impact litigation, including work combating the rise of private paramilitaries. Her June 9, 2026, House statement says ICAP launched in mid-2017 after she left DOJ.

The same faculty page records other public roles after government: legal counsel to the U.S. House Task Force 1-6 Capitol Security Review; Columbus Police After Action Review Team (2020 protests); statutorily designated amicus for FISC and FISCR. She left Main Justice and built a shop that sues. That is her right. The file still tracks who she was when the FISA and Flynn papers were live. Georgetown letterhead does not wipe the 2016–2017 record.
