Facts, allegations, and opinion
Documented facts are cited so a reader can open the source. Allegations, Inspector General reviews, news paraphrases, and opinion are labeled as such. A news story is not a finding of guilt. An op-ed is not a court. A referral is not an indictment. Review of a FISA application is not a signature and is not a conviction.
